Who else is excited about getting outside in this warm spring weather? I for one am excited to get out and enjoy some outdoor activities. I’m not normally an outdoorsy, sunshine, and fresh air kind of girl, but I was getting a little cabin fever. If you’re like me, then you’re either thinking of what to get into, you’re plotting your moves to enjoy your favorite outdoor activities as well. Here are my top four favorite things to do outside in the spring.
My friends and I gather together in the spring to enjoy a nice fun day watching a game. If you don’t have a major league team in your town that’s fine. Support your local baseball team and go out to the stadium. The opportunity to get out to a baseball game is so much fun. There’s always good BBQ style food along with a lot of sweet stuff. If you like fried dough, fried Oreos, or even dipping dots then you’ll definitely enjoy yourself. Especially if you’re always good with your diet. Baseball games are a time to sit back, relax, and just enjoy the day.
I love, love, love, the farmers market. If you’re a fan of eating for health and beauty, then the farmers market is the place to be. Eating fresh produce is one of the best ways to ensure that you’re eating clean and healthy. There’s just something so relaxing about feeling a morning breeze on your face, as you sip your favorite smoothie, and look for fresh food for the week. Another great thing about the farmers market is buying flowers. Some of the best florist can actually be found at the farmers market. Plus if you go often you can get to know sellers and probably get some discounts.
Outdoor eating is one of the most popular things to do in the summer. Outdoor eating is like heaven for foodies and people who love the outdoors. It’s truly the best of both worlds. You can enjoy good food while people watching and soaking in the sun. One thing I like to do while I eat is watch what people are wearing. I find the best styling ideas and get caught up on trends all while enjoying my food. Eating outdoors is enjoyable alone for a quick bite, or with friends and family.
